A North Korean diplomat has said that his country will fulfill all responsibilities necessary to make the Korean Peninsula nuclear-free.

Pyongyang's Ambassador to Russia Kim Yong-jae stressed that the North will do its utmost to bring peace and stability to the Korean Peninsula and stick to the six-way nuclear agreement reached February 13th in Beijing.

He said that his country is willing to respect all agreements. But he added that his government’s next moves will be affected by U.S. actions, citing the “action-for-action” principle agreed among the participants to the six-party talks.
