Korean Air's 2nd quarter losses seen widening

South Korea's flagship carrier Korean Air is expected to report bigger losses for the second quarter from a year before. Analysts cite as reasons a pilots' strike and slowing cargo traffic.
Domestic ticket price raised in March and falling fuel costs are expected to do little more than help second-quarter performance top a dismal first quarter.
Analysts estimated second-quarter earnings before interest and taxes at a loss of 50 billion won or 38 billion U.S. dollars to one hundred billion won.
Korean Air is the world's second largest cargo carrier.
