Figure skating star Kim Yu-na is ranked number two in the world after winning the bronze medal at the World Figure Skating Championships in Japan.

In the rankings of the International Skating Union, Kim took the second spot in the women's single category with four thousand points, up from seventh last month.

Japan's Mao Asada topped the rankings, while her fellow compatriot Miki Ando was fourth.

Ando won the world championship Saturday, while Asada got second.
