GNP, Uri Members to Visit NK Friday

A group of lawmakers from the main opposition Grand National Party (GNP) and the Uri Party will visit Pyongyang on Friday.

The seven legislators, including GNP Representative Park Gye-dong and Uri members Moon Hee-sang, Bae ki-sun and Kang Hye-sook, will stay in the communist state for four days at the invitation of the North Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation.

Some one-hundred-30 members of the South Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation will accompany the legislators to take part in a tree-planting ceremony.
