Tourism Ministers of Korea, China, Japan to Meet

Tourism ministers of South Korea, China and Japan will hold talks in Qingdao, China from Monday.

During the four-day talks, Culture and Tourism Minister Kim Jong-min will discuss with his counterparts ways to boost trilateral tourist exchanges and take stock of progress since their first ministerial meeting last year.

The Culture Ministry and the Korea Tourism Organization will hold events in the city timed with the ministerial meeting to commemorate 15 years of Seoul-Beijing ties and to promote Korean tourism.

The third round of talks next year will be held in Korea, co-hosted by Busan, Jeju and North Chungcheong Province.
