Rain to Use Name in US Concert

South Korean singer Jung Ji-hoon, also known as "Rain," will be allowed to use his stage name while performing in the United States.

Concert organizer Star M Entertainment says that a court in the U.S. state of Nevada dismissed a request on Thursday to ban the Korean singer's use of his stage name. Star M said the June 30th concert in Los Angeles will proceed as planned under the title "Rain's Coming."

Nevada-based record company Rain Corporation in December filed for damages in connection with a concert by the Korean pop idol in Las Vegas, asking the court to forbid him from using the name "Rain" in future U.S. concerts as well.
