Heavy Fuel Oil Shipment to be Done by Aug. 1

South Korea says the shipment of 50-thousand tons of heavy fuel oil to North Korea will be completed on August first.

A Unification Ministry official in Seoul said Friday that the first shipment of 62-hundred tons will reach North Korea's Seonbong Port on Saturday, adding that the second shipment of 75-hundred tons will leave the South's Ulsan Port on Monday headed for Nampo in the North.

The official said that the third shipment of 75-hundred tons will leave for Nampo on July 24th and the fourth shipment of 62-hundred tons will be sent to Seonbong Port on the 29th.

The fifth and final shipment of 22-thousand-600 tons will leave for Seonbong Port on August first.
