By the end of next month the City of Seoul plans to install statues and benches engraved with well-known poems in about a thousand public spaces, as part of efforts to enhance the cultural richness of the city.

A city official said Thursday that frames, statues and benches showing about 120 domestic and foreign short poems will be installed at City Hall, and other village offices, museums and subway stations.
