The World Trade Organization is reported to have made a ruling on US moves to restrict imports of Korean-made iron pipe products in US market saying that the WTO should take substantive measures to correct such US moves which violate WTO articles.
Sources in Geneva said Sunday that the WTO's dispute settlement panel concluded in its tentative report that the WTO should take concrete steps to correct US import restriction measures against Korean-made iron pipe products.
Korea filed a law suit with the WTO panel last June against the US restriction moves.
