The Associated Press has reported that North Korean Foreign Minister Pak Ui-chun reconfirmed Pyongyang's commitment to shut down its nuclear programs.

Pak, who is attending the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) in Manila, said in a meeting with his Filipino counterpart that the North will abide by the rules of the February nuclear agreement.

However, Pak did not set a concrete timeline for nuclear dismantlement.
