The government says that a six-party working group on economic and energy cooperation will meet next Tuesday at the inter-Korean truce village of Panmunjeom.

The second round, two-day meeting will be chaired by South Korea.

Seoul says that the parties will discuss the provision of economic, energy and humanitarian aid to North Korea for the next phase implementation of the February 13th agreement, which calls for the North to declare all its nuclear programs and disable all existing nuke facilities.

The Foreign Ministry says that next week's talks are being held as agreed by the six-party chief delegates when they met in Beijing earlier in the month. It will be the first of five working groups to meet in August.
