A North Korean diplomat says that his country will fulfill all responsibilities as required under the six-way denuclearization agreement reached in February.

North Korea's Ambassador to Russia Kim Yong-jae dismissed media reports that Pyongyang has been postponing the removal of fuel rods from the country's Yongbyon nuclear reactor.

According to the envoy, the North expects the second inter-Korean summit at the end of this month to promote peace on the Korean Peninsula.
