North Korea has offered to disclose all of its nuclear programs and facilities in a transparent manner under the February 13th six-party agreement.

North Korean diplomat Ri Gun spoke to reporters Friday in Shenyang, China, after holding two days of working-level meetings for the six-party talks. Ri is the director of the North Korean Foreign Ministry's American affairs bureau.

He said all facilities of the five-megawatt Yongbyon nuclear reactor are subject to disablement and declaration.

Ri said no specific order is set in the declaration and disablement of nuclear facilities, but that the North will implement initial the steps comprehensively.

The official, however, did not answer a question on Pyongyang's uranium enrichment program, something which the North has denied operating.
