Group Seeks Mobile PR Campaign in NK

A South Korean private organization will seek to mount an advertising campaign to promote domestic firms using vehicles traveling the roads connecting the Chinese city of Dandong and the North Korean capital.

Korea Logistics Forum President Kim Young-yoon said Wednesday that his organization would conduct promotional activities using billboards on Chinese vehicles traveling the 220-kilometer corridor.

The billboards would feature the forum's logo and those of its member companies.

If realized, North Korea would then see the first “mobile commercial” promoting South Korean firms.
