S. Korea mourns U.S. terror victims

South Korea has mourned victims of the terrorist attacks in the United States.
Citizens observed a moment of silence for the victims at ten o'clock Friday, which the government designated as a day of mourning.
Flags flew at half staff at government agencies, overseas diplomatic missions and schools.
The head of the Government Information Agency said South Korea joins other countries in offering deep sympathy and support for American people and families of the victims, in particular.
