North Korea is said to be preparing to resume Arirang Festival, a large-scale mass gymnastics and artistic performance suspended last month due to damage from recent devastating floods.

An official at a travel agency in Dandong, China said Wednesday that Pyongyang will resume the performance soon and that foreign tourists will be able to watch the show from next Monday.

North Korea's official Korean Central News Agency announced on August 27th that Pyongyang would suspend the performance until it recovers from the severe flood damage.
