The second summit advance team for next week's inter-Korean summit talks has left for North Korea to wrap up final arrangements.

The delegation led by Led by Yun Jeong-weon, deputy minister of the Office of South-North Dialogue, and 34 working-level officials in charge of security, communication, protocol, and media relations, will discuss and finalize the details of the talks.

The team will tour the summit venue and install centers for operations and the news media at the hotels where the South Korean delegation will stay.

It will also review implementation of the requests made by the first advance team earlier this month and finalize the itinerary of President Roh Moo-hyun and other South Korean delegates. A Unification Ministry official in Seoul said that the second team will stay in Pyongyang until the summit.
