NK Leader Proposes Extension of Pres. Roh's Stay

North Korean leader Kim Jong-il has proposed that President Roh Moo-hyun extend his summit visit to Pyongyang by one day.

A presidential aide says the South Korean delegation is deciding whether to accept the proposal, which was made by the North Korean leader to Mr. Roh during their second summit session Wednesday afternoon.

The South Korean leader was scheduled to return to Seoul Thursday, wrapping up a three-day visit to the North Korean capital.
