Vice Finance Minister visits Cambodia, China

Vice Finance and Economy Minister Kim Jin-pyo has left on a six-day visit to Cambodia and China. He'll meet officials in the two countries to explore ways to enhance bilateral trade and investment.
In Pnom Penh, he'll meet Cambodian Prime rime Minister Hun Sen and other officials to discuss the signing of a double taxation avoidance agreement. They will also discuss ways to help Korean mobile phone service providers make inroads into Cambodia.
Kim will also discuss offering economic development and cooperation funds to Cambodia to finance road building, the establishment of an electronic administrative network, and the opening of national training centers.
On Saturday, he'll visit Shanghai for talks on boosting bilateral economic cooperation and cultural exchange.
