The 2007 Public Broadcasters International (PBI) conference will open Wednesday in Seoul for a three-day run.

This year's forum, focusing on the digital revolution, will be attended by 100 executives from public broadcasting companies around the world.

The PBI was established in 1990 at the initiative of KBS, Japan’s NHK and Britain’s BBC. Each continent takes turns hosting the annual PBI conference.
