GNP Nominee Noncommital on Summit Accords

Grand National Party presidential nominee Lee Myung-bak declined to say whether he'll carry out the agreements reached at last week's inter-Korean summit if elected president.

Appearing in a TV forum Thursday, he said issues such as the cost of proposed inter-Korean projects must be figured out first through working-level talks.

He also characterized the summit accord as more of a declaration with no concrete action plan.
