The ministry of foreign affairs and trade has decided to form an anti-terrorist task force team in the ministry to collect overseas information in collaboration with the US on terrorism.
The ministry said it decided to operate the team affiliated with nine consular offices and with middle east offices at different cities in North America.
Ministry officials said that it will collect related information from the US about countries like Iran, Iraq and Lybia with which South Korea has no diplomatic ties.
