South and North Korean officials will hold a preparatory meeting in Gaesong on Friday for the inter-Korean prime ministerial talks.

At the meeting, the two sides will discuss the agenda, schedule and participants for the high-level talks, which Seoul has offered to hold from November 14th to 16th.

An official at the Ministry Unification said it is unclear whether the two sides will be able to agree on all details for the upcoming talks.

Seoul will send a three-member delegation led by Vice Unification Minister Lee Kwan-se, while the North Korean delegation will be headed by Vice Chairman Jon Jong-su of the North Korean Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Fatherland.
