The two Koreas agreed Friday to hold prime ministers' talks in mid-November to discuss ways to ease tensions and promote economic cooperation as part of the follow-up to the latest inter-Korean summit.
The two sides met in the North Korean border city of Gaesong and agreed to hold the high-level talks for three days from November 14th in Seoul.
Vice Unification Minister Lee Kwan-se announced that the two Koreas will each send a seven-member delegation, both sides accompanied by an entourage of 40 to 50 members.
The North Korean delegation will come to the South using a direct air route over the West Sea.
During the prime ministers' talks, the two Koreas will also hold separate meetings for sectoral discussions.
Lee added that working-level officials of the two Koreas will meet again in Gaesong on November sixth to discuss how to form necessary inter-Korean bodies to implement the latest summit accords.
