Unification Minister Lee Jae-joung says the chief aim of next month's inter-Korean prime ministerial talks is to establish a system to ensure implementation of the agreements reached at the inter-Korean summit.

He made the remark at a luncheon Wednesday with foreign diplomats based in Seoul who serve also as top envoys to the North. Lee added that the prime ministers' talks will seek to set the direction and schedule for implementing the summit accords.

Seoul plans to propose that they create inter-Korean bodies to oversee sector-by-sector implementation of major agreements reached at the recent South-North summit.

The prime ministers' talks will be held in Seoul for three days from November 14th.
