The two Koreas met in the inter-Korean border city of Gaesong on Friday to discuss the agenda for next week's South-North prime ministerial talks.

In the second round preparatory meeting, the two sides focused on setting the agenda for the talks slated for next Wednesday to Friday.

Seoul offered an implementation road map for ten items agreed upon at last month's summit. It also proposed a joint committee to discuss the key accord of establishing a special peace zone in the West Sea.

A Seoul official says it's important the two sides agree on the agenda as next week's talks are only three days long.

Vice Unification Minister Lee Kwan-se headed the three-member South Korean delegation. The North Korean side was led by Vice Chairman Jon Jong-su of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Fatherland.
