The two Koreas have exchanged delegation lists for inter-Korean prime ministers' talks slated to open Wednesday in Seoul.

Prime Minister Han Duck-soo will lead a seven-member delegation with Unification Minister Lee Jae-joung acting as deputy chief delegate and spokesman. They will be joined by vice ministers from the ministries of finance, industry, transportation, and culture and tourism, as well as a deputy director of the National Intelligence Service.

North Korea will send a delegation headed by its Premier Kim Yong-il.

Observers say the talks will focus on economy, since no military officials from either side will be attending.
