The seventh round of inter-Korean video family reunions opened Wednesday.

For two days, a total of 500 members of 39 families from each side will be reunited with their long lost relatives through video links at 23 locations in both Koreas including the cities of Seoul, Busan and Pyongyang.

The sessions will run from eight a.m. to six p.m., with ten families participating in each two-hour session.

Some 32-hundred people from 480 families have been reunited in six rounds of video reunions since August 2005.
