Two Koreas Hold Talks on Railway Repairs

The two Koreas held working-level talks Tueday in Gaesong to discuss follow-up to last week's inter-Korean prime ministers' meeting.
The two sides are discussing method, procedures and schedule for repairing North Korean railways as agreed upon in October.
They will also hold two days of working-level talks on the repair of a highway linking Gaesong and Pyongyang late this month.
