The Defense Ministry said Monday that South Korea and the United States have agreed to additionally deploy U.S. military aircraft on the Korean Peninsula in order to fill a vacuum brought on by the deployment of a U.S. aircraft carrier stationed in the west Pacific for the U.S. government's retaliatory attacks on terrorists.
