KBS Hosts World Korean Broadcasters Forum

An international convention of ethnic Korean media representatives has opened in Seoul for a four-day run.

Representatives of 70 broadcasters in 14 countries including China and parts of Central Asia are attending the World Korean-language Broadcasters' Conference hosted by KBS. They will discuss survival strategies for overseas Korean-language broadcasts as technology develops further.

Some 30 TV and radio programs submitted by participants have received the Seoul Prize.
