‘Improved Ties with NK are Inevitable Global Trend’

A North Korean broadcaster says other countries’ pursuit of better relations with the isolated communist state is an inevitable trend.

Pyongyang Broadcasting reported the North recently established diplomatic ties with several countries, thus vindicating its independent foreign policies.

North Korea normalized diplomatic relations with Myanmar and Nicaragua this year. It also established embassy-level relations with Montenegro, the United Arab Emirates, Swaziland, the Dominican Republic and Guatemala.
