The two Koreas held working-level talks Wednesday morning on security guarantees for an inter-Korean railway.

Meeting at the truce village of Panmunjeom, the two sides agreed on timetables for daily freight train service to begin next Tuesday. The trains will leave the South's Munsan at nine a.m. each day and return from the North's Bongdong at two in the afternoon.
