North Korea is reportedly preparing to declare its nuclear programs in line with the latest six-party agreement of October third.

A diplomatic source in Seoul said Friday that Pyongyang will likely present a list of its nuclear activities by year’s end as agreed.

The source added, however, that top U.S. nuclear envoy Christopher Hill urged the North while on a recent visit to Pyongyang to include its suspected uranium-based program and address suspicions about its nuclear ties to Syria. But, the source said, the talks failed to produce significant results.
