The online networking portal Friendster says it has added Korean-language services.

Visitors can use Korean to surf personal homepages, post content and tap into the Friendster social network.

The portal supports the five most used Internet languages: simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and English.

The five are used by 66 percent of the world's one billion Internet users.

Friendster's multilingual service on its single dot-com domain is aimed at boosting interaction and communication among portal users.
