South Korea's World Cup organizers plans to hold the tournament draw on December first as scheduled, despite concerns over the U.S.-led campaign against terrorism.
The secretary-general of the Korea World Cup Organizing Committee said that for now, there is no reason to put off the draw.
But he DID say a rescheduling MIGHT be inevitable IF the anti-terrorism war escalates.
The draw is scheduled to be staged in the southern port city of Busan. It will split 32 finalists for competition in South Korea and Japan, co-hosts of the tournament.
The tournament is scheduled for May 31st through June 30th next year.
