The government says it's aware of negotiations between the United States and North Korea on the nuclear declaration issue. But, it said, it has not heard that the North gave a full account of its nuclear weapons programs.

In a news briefing Monday, Foreign Ministry spokesman Cho Hee-yong said the North did not submit a report to China, the six-party talks' chair country, either.

Cho added that Seoul was expecting Pyongyang to fully declare its nuclear activities as agreed by the six parties last October.
