S. Korea's competitiveness ranks 23rd in the world

A study finds South Korea ranks 23rd in the world in terms of national competitiveness.
The ranking is five notches ahead of last year's ranking, but the study finds relations between labor and management still stands in the way of improving competitiveness.
The study was conducted on 75 nations jointly by the Geneva-based World Economic Forum and Havard University's Graduate School of Business Administration.
