The plan calls for the immediate deterrence of bioterrorism through early detection and preparation of preventive vaccines against biochemical weapons.
The ministry also plans to develop antibodies to prevent and cure diseases linked to biochemical weapons.
On Wednesday, the ministry asked the government to increase its research and development budget and staff for the purpose.
