S. Korea, Vietnam agree to bolster economic ties

South Korea and Vietnam have agreed to strengthen cooperation in the information and communication sector.
The agreement was reached at a meeting held Thursday in Hanoi between South Korea's Information and Communication Minister and the Vietnamese President.
Yang Seung-taek is in Vietnam on a mission to seek support for South Korea's bid to participate in Vietnam's information technology business.
Yang thanked the Vietnamese leader for issuing a license for a South Korean C-D-M-A mobile telecom project.
