Fisheries Minister will fly to Moscow over Kurils Dispute

Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Minister Yu Sam-nam will depart Sunday for Moscow to meet with Russian officials to discuss Korean fishing boats' access to saury fishing grounds of the disputed southern Kuril Islands.
Yu will stay in Russia until Tuesday to meet with Chairman Yevegeni Ivanovich Nazdratenko of the Russian State Fisheries Committee and other senior Russian officials before flying to Greece and Portugal for the campaign to help Yosu City, South
Cholla Province, win the right to host the 2010 World Exposition.
He will return to Seoul on Nov. 4.
