Seoul to launch int'l business advisory group

The Seoul metropolitan government said Wednesday it will launch an international economic advisory group next month to help its plan to turn the city into a "business hub" in Northeast Asia.
Officials said the Seoul International Business Advisory Council (SIBAC) comprised of CEOs of renowned foreign firms will be launched Nov. 2nd.
