Int'l Ombudsman meeting ends with election of new secretary

Canadian delegate Clare Lewis was elected as the new secretary of the International Ombudsman Institute (IOI) on the closing day of the regular directors' meeting in Seoul on Wednesday.
Lewis will be in office for three years.
IOI participants also chose Quebec, Canada, as the venue for the IOI general conference in 2004 and Tunisia for the directors' meeting next year.
