North Korea criticizes a move to boycott the 2008 Beijing Olympics over China’s military crackdown on demonstrations in Tibet last week.

The official daily of the North's ruling Korea Workers' Party, Rodong Sinmun, blasted some groups for allegedly politicizing the sports event.

The paper called the protests in Tibet a violent crime.
