The two Koreas will hold working-level talks on energy aid to North Korea starting Thursday at the truce village of Panmunjeom.

The energy aid is to be provided under a six-nation agreement on dismantling the North's nuclear program.

The South Korean Foreign Ministry will send a delegation headed by mid-level official Kwon Yong-woo, a specialist on North Korean nuclear affairs. The North Korean delegation will be led by its national planning committee chairman Jin Chul.
