N. Korea accuses Japan of motives in anti-terror campaign

North Korea's Foreign Ministry on Tuesday accused Japan of reverting to military expansionism by passing an anti-terror special act that allows its "self-defense forces" to operate abroad. In a ministry spokesman's comment, North Korea accused Japan of "taking advantage of U.S. raids on Afghanistan and letting loose their 'self-defense forces' for overseas expansion." The spokesman said Japan has been justifying and romanticizing their history of aggression and massacre and seeking ways to return to their old ways.
