The nation’s top nuclear negotiator says North Korea's had enough time to declare its nuclear programs and materials.

Nuclear envoy Chun Yung-woo made the statement to reporters Tuesday after talks with his U.S. counterpart Christopher Hill in Seoul. He said Seoul and Washington believe they've waited as much as they could for Pyongyang’s nuclear declaration.

Chun added that the North has no reason to delay its nuclear declaration further. He urged the communist state to promptly make a complete, accurate declaration on its nuclear programs.
