The South Korean chair of the All-Korean Committee for Implementation of the June 15 Joint Declaration said Thursday that North Korea seems to view the Lee Myung-bak administration in a negative light.

Returning from a visit to the Mount Geumgang resort in North Korea, committee chief Paik Nak-chung said Pyongyang has been provoked by the recent remarks of senior South Korean government and military officials.

A South Korean official on the panel said the group will discuss with the Lee government the possible holding of a joint inter-Korean ceremony to commemorate the South-North summit declaration of June 15th, 2000.
