President Kim Dae-jung on Tuesday sent a message to U.S. President George W. Bush to express his deep condolences over the crash of a passenger jet crash in New York Monday.
Kim was cited as saying in the message by Chong Wa Dae Spokesman Oh Hong-keun that we were completely shocked at news on the plane crash.
Kim said he conveys deep condolences to President Bush and the American people.
Kim said he hopes causes of the crash will be clarified as early as possible.
