North Korea is said to have highly developed information technology (IT) and is even sending competent IT workers overseas.

The head of a Dutch IT consulting firm told Radio Free Asia that the North develops and exports computer vaccine programs.

The communist country also sells other computer and cell phone software like anti-virus programs to Poland, Germany, China and Japan.

He added that North Korea IT specialists work in China and India, noting that North Korean students study IT technologies abroad.
